For this week's six, I've chosen another snippet from my work in progress, SILVER LININGS, where Parker has just walked into Billie's life again after being away for a decade. My previous posts from this WIP are
here.
Last week, Parker asked Billie is she wanted to dance. This week, they're dancing.

Parker shifted her hand in his, entwining his fingers with hers. Billie tensed, but didn't pull away. Then he started to rub
small circles on her palm with his thumb, like he used to do when they made love. Each caress sent ripples of awareness through her. She almost tripped over the memories, but
her body was unconcerned with thought, it just moved with Parker’s. Just as it always had.

This is nice, Lorraine. "Just like it always had." You might be the queen of last lines, lady! ;-) Nice six. :-)
I really like this. I love the sensual feel of them dancing, the emotional pull between them, her reminiscence. Lovely. And I agree. That's a fantastic last line. Fabulous six!

So sensual and sweet. I love that she has all these memories building up inside, trapped beneath the surface. History makes for mystery and great sensuality :)
